The 80g semi gloss paper label is a premium labeling solution engineered for performance and versatility. This labeling material features an 80g/m² semi-gloss white coated paper with a thickness of 0.072mm, providing exceptional clarity for high-resolution printing. The backing is a 58g/m² yellow glassine liner with a 0.055mm thickness, designed for stability and efficient die-cutting. Product Application
Widely used in promotional and industrial semi-gloss color label printing. Suitable for general purpose and blank die cutting.
Note: Not recommended for vial body labeling.
Converting
The super-calendered semi-gloss surface is ideal for monochrome and color printing in a variety of printing processes. (Care should be taken to control the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from falling off due to over-viscous ink.)
Suitable for rotary and flat processing methods, suitable for bronzing. (Avoid excessive rewinding tension, resulting in label overflow.)
For fine barcode printing, a comprehensive print test evaluation is required.
